 AN ACT to amend chapter 53 of the laws  of  2019  enacting  the  aid  to
   localities  budget,  in relation to adding public schools to the local
   assistance account
 
   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section  1.  Section 1 of chapter 53 of the laws of 2019, enacting the
 aid to localities budget is amended by adding to such section the  items
 underscored in this section:
                           DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH
 
                        AID TO LOCALITIES   2019-20
 
 CENTER FOR COMMUNITY HEALTH PROGRAM
 
   General Fund
   Local Assistance Account - 10000
 
 For  services and expenses of New York State
   Dental Association (NYSDA) to support free
   dental  clinics  in  federally   qualified
   health centers, PUBLIC SCHOOLS, and facil-
   ities licensed under article 28 of the public health law
   ................................................ 125,000
   §  2.  This  act shall take effect immediately; and shall be deemed to
 have been in full force and effect on and after April 1, 2019.
