FRONTUS -- read once and referred to the Commit- tee on Governmental Operations AN ACT to amend chapter 413 of the laws of 2015, amending the executive law relating to quarterly claim reports for certain disaster assist- ance, in relation to the expiration thereof THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 2 of chapter 413 of the laws of 2015, amending the executive law relating to quarterly claim reports for certain disaster assistance, is amended to read as follows: § 2. This act shall take effect immediately and shall expire and be deemed repealed December 2, [2019] 2023. § 2. This act shall take effect immediately. EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets [ ] is old law to be omitted. LBD11924-01-9
