 Introduced  by Sen. GALLIVAN -- read twice and ordered printed, and when
   printed to be committed to the Committee on Finance
 
 AN ACT to amend the executive law, in relation to requiring the transfer
   and appropriation, for the purpose  of  providing  class  B  technical
   uniforms for all investigators, senior investigators and investigative
   specialists  in  the  division of state police, a portion of any unex-
   pended moneys remaining in the state treasury at the end of the  2019-
   2020 state fiscal year
 
   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. Section 216 of the executive law is amended by adding a new
 subdivision 4 to read as follows:
   4. FOR THE STATE FISCAL YEAR  COMMENCING  APRIL  FIRST,  TWO  THOUSAND
 TWENTY,  THERE SHALL BE TRANSFERRED FROM ANY UNEXPENDED MONEYS REMAINING
 IN THE STATE TREASURY AT THE END OF THE TWO THOUSAND NINETEEN-TWO  THOU-
 SAND TWENTY STATE FISCAL YEAR, TO THE DIVISION OF STATE POLICE AN AMOUNT
 OF  NOT  LESS  THAN THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS, AND SUCH TRANSFERRED
 MONEYS SHALL BE APPROPRIATED AND EXPENDED FOR THE PURPOSE  OF  PROVIDING
 CLASS  B  TECHNICAL UNIFORMS FOR ALL INVESTIGATORS, SENIOR INVESTIGATORS
 AND INVESTIGATIVE SPECIALISTS IN THE DIVISION.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
