 AN  ACT  to  amend chapter 22 of the laws of 2014, relating to expanding
   opportunities for service-disabled veteran-owned business enterprises,
   in relation to making certain provisions thereof permanent

   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section  1.  Section  4 of chapter 22 of the laws of 2014, relating to
 expanding  opportunities  for  service-disabled  veteran-owned  business
 enterprises, as amended by section 1 of part L of chapter 55 of the laws
 of 2019, is amended to read as follows:
   §  4. This act shall take effect immediately; provided, however, [that
 sections one, one-a and two of this  act  shall  expire  and  be  deemed
 repealed  March  31,  2024;  and  provided,  further, however,] that the
 amendments to subdivisions 7 and 15 of section 310 of the executive  law
 made  by  section  three  of this act shall not affect the expiration of
 such section and shall be deemed to expire therewith.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
