 Introduced  by Sen. KAMINSKY -- read twice and ordered printed, and when
   printed to be committed to the Committee on Rules
 
 AN ACT to amend the public authorities law,  in  relation  to  requiring
   certain  reports  of public authorities are open for public inspection
   via the public authorities reporting information system
 
   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section  1.  Section  2800 of the public authorities law is amended by
 adding a new subdivision 5 to read as follows:
   5. THE ANNUAL REPORTS REQUIRED BY  THIS  SECTION  SHALL  BE  OPEN  FOR
 PUBLIC  INSPECTION  VIA  THE  PUBLIC  AUTHORITIES  REPORTING INFORMATION
 SYSTEM.
   § 2. Section 2801 of the public authorities law is amended by adding a
 new subdivision 4 to read as follows:
   4. THE BUDGET REPORTS REQUIRED BY  THIS  SECTION  SHALL  BE  OPEN  FOR
 PUBLIC  INSPECTION  VIA  THE  PUBLIC  AUTHORITIES  REPORTING INFORMATION
 SYSTEM.
   § 3. This act shall take effect on the one hundred eightieth day after
 it shall have become a law.
