 AN ACT to amend the executive law, in relation to requiring local veter-
   ans' service agencies to provide information to the division of veter-
   ans' services on an annual basis
 
   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

   Section  1.  Subdivision  24  of  section 353 of the executive law, as
 added by a chapter of the laws of 2019 amending the executive law relat-
 ing to the listing of county and city  veterans'  service  agencies,  as
 proposed  in  legislative bills numbers S.2405 and A.4413, is amended to
 read as follows:
   24. To maintain a listing on  the  division's  website  of  the  local
 veterans' service agencies established pursuant to section three hundred
 fifty-seven  of this article with the name, location, hours of operation
 and contact information of each county and city veterans' service  agen-
 cy.  The  division  shall  also  provide  this information in its annual
 report to the governor and  the  legislature  as  required  pursuant  to
 subdivision  eleven  of this section. Information under this subdivision
 shall be [maintained and] PROVIDED TO THE DIVISION BY EACH LOCAL  VETER-
 ANS' SERVICE AGENCY AND SHALL BE updated annually.
   §  2.  This  act  shall  take  effect on the same date and in the same
 manner as a chapter of the laws  of  2019  amending  the  executive  law
 relating  to  the listing of county and city veterans' service agencies,
 as proposed in  legislative  bills  numbers  S.2405  and  A.4413,  takes
 effect.
