 AN ACT to amend chapter 366 of the laws of 2005, amending  the  tax  law
   relating  to  the  mortgage  recording  tax in the county of Yates, in
   relation to extending the provisions of such chapter
 
   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section  1. Section 2 of chapter 366 of the laws of 2005, amending the
 tax law relating to the mortgage recording tax in the county  of  Yates,
 as amended by section 1 of subpart G of part C of chapter 61 of the laws
 of 2017, is amended to read as follows:
   §  2.  This  act shall take effect on the thirtieth day after it shall
 have become a law and shall expire and be deemed repealed on December 1,
 [2020] 2023.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
