 AN ACT to amend chapter 210 of the laws of 2009 amending the county  law
   relating to communication service surcharges applied to Tompkins coun-
   ty, in relation to extending the provisions of such chapter

   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. Subdivision (a) of section 2 of chapter 210 of the laws  of
 2009   amending   the  county  law  relating  to  communication  service
 surcharges applied to Tompkins county is amended to read as follows:
   (a) this act shall expire and be deemed repealed [10] 20  years  after
 such date;
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
