 AN  ACT  relating to requiring Belleayre Mountain to accept the New York
   state office of parks, recreation  and  historic  preservation  empire
   passport at its facility

   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of any  general  or  special
 law,  rule or regulation to the contrary, Belleayre Mountain, as part of
 the olympic regional development authority, shall be required to  accept
 the New York state office of parks, recreation and historic preservation
 empire passport at its facility.
   ยง 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
