 AN  ACT  to  amend  the  highway law, in relation to designating certain
   portions of the state highway system in the  counties  of  Monroe  and
   Tioga
 
   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. The highway law is amended by adding a new section 344-m to
 read as follows:
   § 344-M. PORTION OF THE STATE HIGHWAY SYSTEM IN THE COUNTIES OF MONROE
 AND TIOGA TO BE MEMORIALIZED. CERTAIN  PORTIONS  OF  THE  STATE  HIGHWAY
 SYSTEM  IN  THE COUNTIES OF MONROE AND TIOGA ARE MEMORIALIZED AS FOLLOWS
 WITH SIGNAGE:
   1. AT STATE ROUTE THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY-THREE AT 21 CALEDONIA AVENUE IN
 THE VILLAGE OF SCOTTSVILLE, COUNTY OF MONROE THERE SHALL BE  A  MEMORIAL
 SIGN THAT READS "DEPUTY SIMON J. BERMINGHAM MEMORIAL SITE";
   2.  AT STATE ROUTE SIXTY-FIVE, KNOWN AS CLOVER STREET, NEAR THE INTER-
 SECTION WITH HIGHLAND AVENUE, IN THE TOWN OF BRIGHTON, COUNTY OF  MONROE
 THERE SHALL BE A MEMORIAL SIGN THAT READS "SPECIAL DEPUTY JOSEPH G. MUNZ
 MEMORIAL SITE";
   3.  AT  STATE  ROUTE  THREE  HUNDRED EIGHTY-THREE NEAR THE SCOTTSVILLE
 VILLAGE LINE IN THE COUNTY OF MONROE THERE SHALL BE A MEMORIAL SIGN THAT
 READS "DEPUTY WILLIAM MARSHALL MEMORIAL SITE";
   4. AT STATE ROUTE THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY-THREE AT THE BLACK CREEK  HOTEL
 IN THE COUNTY OF MONROE THERE SHALL BE A MEMORIAL SIGN THAT READS "DEPU-
 TY JAMES I. CONHEADY MEMORIAL SITE";
   5.  AT  THE INTERSECTION OF STATE ROUTE THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY-THREE AND
 STATE ROUTE TWO HUNDRED FIFTY-TWO IN THE TOWN OF CHILI IN THE COUNTY  OF
 MONROE THERE SHALL BE A MEMORIAL SIGN THAT READS "DEPUTY JOHN A. PULLANO
 MEMORIAL SITE";

  EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets
                       [ ] is old law to be omitted.
