 AN ACT to repeal chapter 834 of  the  laws  of  1940,  relating  to  the
   removal of certain policemen
 
   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. Chapter 834 of the laws of 1940, relating to the removal of
 certain policemen, is REPEALED.
   ยง 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
