S T A T E O F N E W Y O R K ________________________________________________________________________ 6965 2021-2022 Regular Sessions I N A S S E M B L Y April 15, 2021 ___________ Introduced by M. of A. GOTTFRIED -- read once and referred to the Committee on Health AN ACT to amend chapter 56 of the laws of 2013, amending the public health law relating to the general public health work program, in relation to the effectiveness thereof THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Subdivision (c) of section 122 of part E of chapter 56 of the laws of 2013 amending the public health law relating to the general public health work program, as amended by section 7 of part E of chapter 57 of the laws of 2019, is amended to read as follows: (c) section fifty of this act shall take effect immediately [and shall expire nine years after it becomes law]; § 2. This act shall take effect immediately. EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets [ ] is old law to be omitted. LBD10677-01-1
