 AN ACT to amend the  environmental  conservation  law,  in  relation  to
   providing a closing date for big game season in certain counties
 
   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. Section 11-0907 of the environmental  conservation  law  is
 amended by adding a new subdivision 11 to read as follows:
   11.  NOTWITHSTANDING ANY  PROVISION OF THIS CHAPTER, ON THE DATE IMME-
 DIATELY AFTER THE SEVEN  DAY  SPECIAL  LATE  MUZZLE-LOADER  SEASON  THAT
 FOLLOWS  THE  REGULAR  OPEN HUNTING SEASON IN THE SOUTHERN ZONE, THE BIG
 GAME SEASON SHALL CLOSE UNTIL THE FOLLOWING SEASON IN  THE  COUNTIES  OF
 MADISON, ONONDAGA AND ONEIDA.
   § 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
