 AN ACT to amend the public health law,  in  relation  to  requiring  the
   department  of  health  to  publish  and  update  COVID-19 vaccination
   distribution data on its website on a weekly basis

   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section  1.  The  public health law is amended by adding a new section
 206-c to read as follows:
   §  206-C.  SPECIAL  REQUIREMENTS  WITH  RESPECT  TO  COVID-19  VACCINE
 DISTRIBUTION  DATA. 1. FOR PURPOSES OF THIS SECTION, THE FOLLOWING TERMS
 SHALL HAVE THE FOLLOWING MEANINGS:
   (A) "DISTRIBUTION PHASE" SHALL MEAN THE PHASE OF  ELIGIBILITY  OF  THE
 RECIPIENT FOR THE COVID-19 VACCINE AS PROVIDED FOR IN THE NEW YORK STATE
 COVID-19 VACCINATION PROGRAM.
   (B) "ELIGIBLE RECIPIENT" SHALL MEAN AN INDIVIDUAL QUALIFIED TO RECEIVE
 THE  COVID-19  VACCINE  UNDER  THE  NEW  YORK STATE COVID-19 VACCINATION
 DISTRIBUTION PROGRAM.
   (C) "PHARMACY PARTNERSHIP FOR LONG-TERM CARE PROGRAM" SHALL  MEAN  THE
 FEDERAL  CENTERS FOR DISEASE CONTROL'S PROGRAM TO PROVIDE ON-SITE COVID-
 19 VACCINATION TO RESIDENTS AND STAFF OF LONG-TERM CARE FACILITIES.
   2. THE COMMISSIONER SHALL COMPILE AND POST ON THE DEPARTMENT'S WEBSITE
 IN A CONSPICUOUS LOCATION AND IN A  FORMAT  CAPABLE  OF  DOWNLOAD  IN  A
 SPREADSHEET FORMAT, THE FOLLOWING DATA ON A WEEKLY BASIS:
   (A)  THE TOTAL NUMBER OF COVID-19 VACCINES ALLOCATED TO NEW YORK STATE
 BY THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT;
   (B) THE TOTAL NUMBER OF COVID-19 VACCINES REQUESTED BY NEW YORK  STATE
 FROM THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT;
   (C)  THE  TOTAL NUMBER OF COVID-19 VACCINES RECEIVED BY NEW YORK STATE
 FROM THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT;
