 AN ACT in relation to requiring voters to wear a face mask while  voting
   during the COVID-19 pandemic
 
   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. Notwithstanding any other  provision  of  law,  all  voters
 shall  wear a face mask upon entering a polling station and while voting
 during the state disaster emergency declared pursuant to Executive Order
 No. 202 of 2020.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
