 AN  ACT to amend the public housing law, in relation to establishing the
   housing access voucher program
 
   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section  1.  The public housing law is amended by adding a new article
 14 to read as follows:
                                ARTICLE 14
                      HOUSING ACCESS VOUCHER PROGRAM
 SECTION 600. LEGISLATIVE FINDINGS.
         601. DEFINITIONS.
         602. HOUSING ACCESS VOUCHER PROGRAM.
         603. ELIGIBILITY.
         604. FUNDING ALLOCATION AND DISTRIBUTION.
         605. PAYMENT OF HOUSING VOUCHERS.

         607. RENTAL OBLIGATION.
         608. MONTHLY ASSISTANCE PAYMENT.
         609. INSPECTION OF UNITS BY PUBLIC HOUSING AGENCIES.

         611. VACATED UNITS.
         612. LEASING OF UNITS OWNED BY A PUBLIC HOUSING AGENCY.
