 AN ACT to amend chapter 88 of the laws of  2009  amending  the  tax  law
   relating  to  the  imposition  of  an occupancy tax in the city of New
   Rochelle, in relation to extending the effectiveness thereof

   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section  1.  Section  2 of chapter 88 of the laws of 2009 amending the
 tax law relating to the imposition of an occupancy tax in  the  city  of
 New  Rochelle, as amended by chapter 162 of the laws of 2018, is amended
 to read as follows:
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately and shall  expire  and  be
 deemed repealed September 1, [2021]2024.
