 AN  ACT  to  amend part I of chapter 61 of the laws of 2017 amending the
   tax law relating to operational expenses of certain gaming facilities,
   in relation to the effectiveness thereof

   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section  1.  Section  3  of  part  I of chapter 61 of the laws of 2017
 amending the tax law relating to operational expenses of certain  gaming
 facilities,  as amended by chapter 68 of the laws of 2019, is amended to
 read as follows:
   § 3. This act shall take effect immediately and shall  expire  and  be
 deemed repealed June 21, [2021] 2023.
   §  2.  This  act  shall take effect immediately and shall be deemed to
 have been in full force and effect on and after June 21, 2021.
