 Introduced  by Sen. MARTUCCI -- read twice and ordered printed, and when
   printed to be committed to the Committee on Environmental Conservation
 
 AN ACT to amend the  environmental  conservation  law,  in  relation  to
   adding   certain  wildlife  management  units  to  the  yearling  buck
   protection program

   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section  1.  Subdivision  3  of  section  11-0914 of the environmental
 conservation law, as added by chapter  486  of  the  laws  of  2011,  is
 amended to read as follows:
   3.  Wildlife  management units. These restrictions shall only apply to
 that portion of wildlife management [unit] UNITS 3A south  and  west  of
 state route twenty-eight, 3H AND 3K.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
