 AN ACT to prohibit a government entity  from  requiring  individuals  to
   receive a COVID-19 vaccine
 
   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

   Section 1. 1. Notwithstanding any other provision of  law,  regulation
 or executive order to the contrary, no state or local government entity,
 or its political subdivisions, agents, or assigns, shall be permitted to
 require any individual to receive a COVID-19 vaccine.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
