COMRIE -- read twice and ordered printed, and when printed to be committed to the Committee on Rules AN ACT to repeal subdivision 6 of section 51 of the public authorities law, relating to voting by members of the New York state authorities control board THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Subdivision 6 of section 51 of the public authorities law is REPEALED. § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
