 Introduced  by  Sen.  AKSHAR -- read twice and ordered printed, and when
   printed to be committed to the Committee on  Energy  and  Telecommuni-
   cations
 
 AN ACT to amend chapter 433 of the laws of 2013, relating to authorizing
   the  public service commission, upon application by a municipality, to
   order costs for infrastructure maintenance and access to be charged to
   all customer classes located in  such  municipality,  in  relation  to
   including the village of Owego in the definition of municipality
 
   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. Paragraph b of subdivision 2 of section 1 of chapter 433 of
 the laws of 2013, relating to authorizing the public service commission,
 upon application by a municipality, to order  costs  for  infrastructure
 maintenance  and access to be charged to all customer classes located in
 such municipality, is amended to read as follows:
   b. "municipality" shall mean:
   (I) a city, town or village located in the county of Westchester; AND
   (II) THE VILLAGE OF OWEGO.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
