 AN ACT to repeal article 8 of the public service law and section 94-c of
   the  executive law, relating to renewable energy generation and trans-
   mission facility siting

   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. Article 8 of the public service law is REPEALED.
   § 2. Section 94-c of the executive law is REPEALED.
   §  3.  This  act  shall take effect immediately and shall be deemed to
 have been in force and effect on and after April 3, 2020.
