 AN  ACT directing the public service commission to modify the objectives
   of the Clean Energy Fund to include reductions of local combustion-re-
   lated air pollutants
 
   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section  1.  Within  one  hundred eighty days of the effective date of
 this act, the public service commission shall modify the  stated  objec-
 tives of the Clean Energy Fund established by the January 21, 2016 order
 of  the  commission  in  case  14-M-0094  to include reductions of local
 combustion-related air pollutants, as measured in tons of combustion-re-
 lated air pollution reduced.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
