 AN  ACT  to  amend chapter 579 of the laws of 2004, amending the tax law
   relating to authorizing the county  of  Genesee  to  impose  a  county
   recording tax on obligation secured by a mortgage on real property, in
   relation to the effectiveness thereof

   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. Section 2 of chapter 579 of the laws of 2004, amending  the
 tax law relating to authorizing the county of Genesee to impose a county
 recording  tax  on obligation secured by a mortgage on real property, as
 amended by section 1 of item F of subpart E of part XXX of chapter 58 of
 the laws of 2020, is amended to read as follows:
   § 2. This act shall take effect on the thirtieth day  after  it  shall
 have  become  a  law;  and shall expire on November 1, [2023] 2026, when
 upon such date the provisions of this act shall be deemed repealed.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.

 AN ACT to amend chapter 579 of the laws of 2004, amending  the  tax  law

   relation to the effectiveness thereof
