 AN  ACT  to amend the executive law, in relation to directing the office
   of children and family services to develop a list of eligible  substi-
   tute day care staff
 
   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. The executive law is amended by adding a new section  501-i
 to read as follows:
   §  501-I. ELIGIBLE SUBSTITUTE DAY CARE STAFF LIST. THE OFFICE OF CHIL-
 DREN AND FAMILY SERVICES SHALL DEVELOP  AND  POST  A  LIST  OF  ELIGIBLE
 SUBSTITUTE  DAY  CARE STAFF TO BE USED BY A CHILD DAY CARE PROVIDER IN A
 TIME OF NEED. SUCH LIST SHALL INCLUDE,  BUT  NOT  BE  LIMITED  TO,  SUCH
 ELIGIBLE STAFFER'S:
   1. NAME;
   2. AGE;
   3. LOCATION; AND
   4. EXPERIENCE.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
