 AN ACT to amend the labor law, in relation to including Stewart Interna-
   tional  Airport  in the definition of covered airport location for the
   purposes of minimum wage rates
 
   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section  1.  Subdivision 1 of section 696-a of the labor law, as added
 by chapter 88 of the laws of 2021, is amended to read as follows:
   1. "Covered airport location"  means  John  F.  Kennedy  International
 Airport  [and], LaGuardia Airport, STEWART INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, or any
 location used to perform airline catering work as such work is described
 in subparagraph (iv)  of  paragraph  (a)  of  subdivision  two  of  this
 section.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
