 AN  ACT  to amend the social services law, in relation to including care
   and services provided by a child advocacy center under standard cover-
   age for Medicaid recipients
 
   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section  1.  Subdivision 2 of section 365-a of the social services law
 is amended by adding a new paragraph (kk) to read as follows:
   (KK) CARE AND SERVICES PROVIDED BY A CHILD ADVOCACY CENTER ESTABLISHED
 PURSUANT TO SECTION FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY-THREE-A OF THIS CHAPTER WHICH IS
 LICENSED, CERTIFIED, OR OTHERWISE AUTHORIZED BY THE OFFICE  OF  CHILDREN
 AND FAMILY SERVICES.
   § 2. This act shall take effect on the one hundred eightieth day after
 it  shall have become a law. Effective immediately, the addition, amend-
 ment, and/or repeal of any rule or regulation necessary for  the  imple-
 mentation  of  this  act on its effective date are authorized to be made
 and completed on or before such effective date.
