 AN ACT to amend the alcoholic beverage control law,  in  relation  to  a
   license to sell liquor at retail for consumption on certain premises
 
   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. Subdivision 7 of  section  64  of  the  alcoholic  beverage
 control  law  is  amended  by  adding  a new paragraph (e-15) to read as
 follows:
   (E-15) NOTWITHSTANDING THE PROVISIONS OF PARAGRAPH (A) OF THIS  SUBDI-
 VISION,  THE  AUTHORITY  MAY  ISSUE  A  RETAIL  LICENSE  FOR ON-PREMISES
 CONSUMPTION FOR A PREMISES WHICH SHALL BE  LOCATED  WITHIN  TWO  HUNDRED
 FEET OF A BUILDING OCCUPIED EXCLUSIVELY AS A SCHOOL, PROVIDED SUCH PREM-
 ISES  CONSTITUTE  A PREMISES FOR THE SALE OF FOOD OR BEVERAGES AT RETAIL
 FOR CONSUMPTION ON THE PREMISES LOCATED WHOLLY WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES  OF
 THE COUNTY OF QUEENS, BOUNDED AND DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
   ALL  THAT  CERTAIN  PLOT,  PIECE  OR PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED LYING AND
 BEING IN THE BOROUGH AND COUNTY OF QUEENS, CITY AND STATE  OF  NEW  YORK
 BOUNDED AND DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS;
   THE  LOCATION  OF THE MUSEUM WOULD INCLUDE THE PREMISES, IDENTIFIED AS
 BLOCK 644, P/O LOT 1 ON THE TAX MAP FOR THE BOROUGH OF QUEENS, NEW  YORK
 AND KNOWN AS "BUILDING 13" WITH LEGAL DESCRIPTION AS,
   BEGINNING  A POINT ON THE EASTERLY SIDE OF 36TH STREET (60 FEET WIDE),
 DISTANT 82.35 FEET NORTHERLY FROM THE CORNER FANNED BY THE  INTERSECTION
 OF  THE  EASTERLY  SIDE  OF  36TH STREET WITH THE NORTHERLY SIDE OF 35TH
 AVENUE (80 FEET WIDE);
   RUNNING THENCE EASTERLY PARALLEL  WITH  THE  NORTHERLY  SIDE  OF  35TH
 AVENUE, 30.54 FEET TO A POINT;
   THENCE NORTHERLY PARALLEL WITH THE EASTERLY SIDE OF 36TH STREET, 34.95
 FEET TO A POINT;
