Permits any individual or organization with an adult-use cultivator license to be entitled to sell minimally processed cannabis to adults over the age of twenty-one from a single building or farmstand on the farm where such cannabis is cultivated.

 AN ACT to amend the cannabis law, in relation  to  permitting  farmstand
   cannabis sales
 
   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. Section 68 of the cannabis law is amended by adding  a  new
 subdivision 6 to read as follows:
   6.  NOTWITHSTANDING ANY PROVISION OF LAW TO THE CONTRARY, ANY INDIVID-
 UAL OR ORGANIZATION WITH AN ADULT-USE CULTIVATOR LICENSE SHALL BE  ENTI-
 TLED  TO  SELL  MINIMALLY PROCESSED CANNABIS PURSUANT TO THIS SECTION TO
 ADULTS OVER THE AGE OF TWENTY-ONE FROM A SINGLE BUILDING OR FARMSTAND ON
 THE FARM WHERE SUCH CANNABIS IS  CULTIVATED.    NO  ON-SITE  CONSUMPTION
 SHALL BE AUTHORIZED PURSUANT TO THIS SUBDIVISION.
   §  2.  This  act  shall take effect on the sixtieth day after it shall
