Asmore and more aircraft, including lightweight sport aircraft and those assembled from kits, are approved by the FAA, the dangers to those on the ground grow exponentially. The FAA cares for safety in the air, there are no guardrails protecting those of us on the ground. At the very least all aircraft based in NY should be registered in New York State. Cars are not exempt, why are these dangerous aircraft not required to be regisgereed. Double standard.
