 AN  ACT  to  amend  the alcoholic beverage control law, in relation to a
   license to sell liquor at retail for consumption on certain premises

   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section  1.  Subdivision  7  of  section  64 of the alcoholic beverage
 control law is amended by adding a  new  paragraph  (e-15)  to  read  as
 follows:
   (E-15)  NOTWITHSTANDING THE PROVISIONS OF PARAGRAPH (A) OF THIS SUBDI-
 VISION, THE  AUTHORITY  MAY  ISSUE  A  RETAIL  LICENSE  FOR  ON-PREMISES
 CONSUMPTION  FOR  A  PREMISES  WHICH SHALL BE LOCATED WITHIN TWO HUNDRED
 FEET OF A BUILDING OCCUPIED AS A  SCHOOL,  CHURCH,  SYNAGOGUE  OR  OTHER
 PLACE  OF  WORSHIP, PROVIDED SUCH PREMISES CONSTITUTE A PREMISES FOR THE
 SALE OF FOOD OR BEVERAGES AT RETAIL  FOR  CONSUMPTION  ON  THE  PREMISES
 LOCATED  WHOLLY WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF THE COUNTY OF ERIE, BOUNDED AND
 DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
   ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND, SITUATE IN THE VILLAGE OF  WILLIAMS-
 VILLE, TOWN OF AMHERST, COUNTY OF ERIE AND STATE OF NEW YORK, BEING PART
 OF LOT NO. 1, TOWNSHIP 12, RANGE 4 OF THE HOLLAND LAND COMPANY'S SURVEY,
 BOUNDED AND DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
   BEGINNING AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE NORTHERLY LINE OF MAIN STREET (99
 FEET  WIDE)  WITH  THE  WESTERLY  LINE  OF  GROVE STREET (20 FEET WIDE);
 RUNNING THENCE NORTHERLY ALONG THE WESTERLY  LINE  OF  GROVE  STREET,  A
 DISTANCE  OF  111.52  FEET TO A POINT; THENCE WESTERLY PARALLEL WITH THE
 NORTHERLY LINE OF MAIN STREET A DISTANCE  OF  51.50  FEET  TO  A  POINT;
 THENCE SOUTHERLY PARALLEL WITH THE WESTERLY LINE OF GROVE, A DISTANCE OF
 59.13  FEET  TO  THE  NORTHWEST  CORNER  OF LANDS CONVEYED TO MICHAEL A.
 LAURIE BY DEED RECORDED IN THE ERIE COUNTY CLERK'S OFFICE IN LIBER 10918
 OF DEEDS AT PAGE 218; THENCE EASTERLY ALONG THE NORTHERLY LINE OF  LANDS
