 Introduced  by  Sen.  MAYER  -- read twice and ordered printed, and when
   printed to be committed to the Committee on Rules
 
 AN ACT to amend the local finance law, in relation to providing a period
   of probable usefulness for a leasehold interest in the  major  portion
   of  the  parking  garage building located at 237 Martine Avenue in the
   city of White Plains
 
   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section  1.  Paragraph  a of section 11.00 of the local finance law is
 amended by adding a new subdivision 111 to read as follows:
   111. A LEASEHOLD INTEREST IN THE MAJOR PORTION OF THE  PARKING  GARAGE
 BUILDING  LOCATED AT 237 MARTINE AVENUE IN THE CITY OF WHITE PLAINS. THE
 FINANCING BY THE CITY OF WHITE PLAINS OF THE ACQUISITION OF A  LEASEHOLD
 INTEREST  IN THE MAJOR PORTION OF THE PARKING GARAGE BUILDING LOCATED AT
 237 MARTINE AVENUE IN SUCH CITY, TWENTY YEARS.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
