 AN ACT to amend chapter 365 of the laws of 2005, amending  the  tax  law
   relating  to  the  mortgage recording tax in the county of Steuben, in
   relation to extending the provisions of such chapter

   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section  1. Section 3 of chapter 365 of the laws of 2005, amending the
 tax law relating to the mortgage recording tax in the county of Steuben,
 as amended by section 1 of item H of subpart E of part XXX of chapter 58
 of the laws of 2020, is amended to read as follows:
   § 3. This act shall take effect immediately except that section two of
 this act shall take effect on the thirtieth  day  after  it  shall  have
 become  a  law  and  shall  expire and be deemed repealed on December 1,
 [2023] 2026.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.

 AN  ACT  to  amend chapter 365 of the laws of 2005, amending the tax law

   relation to extending the provisions of such chapter
