   printed to be committed to the Committee on Education
 
 AN ACT to amend the education law, in relation to requiring schools that
   maintain epinephrine auto-injectors on-site to provide  teachers  with
   written informational material on the use of such auto-injectors
 
   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. Section 921-a of the education law is amended by  adding  a
 new subdivision 3 to read as follows:
   3.  SCHOOL  DISTRICTS,  BOARDS  OF  COOPERATIVE  EDUCATIONAL SERVICES,
 COUNTY VOCATIONAL EDUCATION AND EXTENSION BOARDS, CHARTER  SCHOOLS,  AND
 NON-PUBLIC  ELEMENTARY  AND SECONDARY SCHOOLS IN THIS STATE THAT PROVIDE
 AND MAINTAIN EPINEPHRINE AUTO-INJECTORS ON-SITE PURSUANT TO THIS SECTION
 SHALL PROVIDE ALL TEACHERS WITH WRITTEN INFORMATIONAL  MATERIAL  ON  THE
 USE  OF  AN EPINEPHRINE AUTO-INJECTOR THAT HAS BEEN CREATED AND APPROVED
 BY A HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONAL.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.

 AN  ACT  to amend the education law, in relation to requiring schools to

 BEEN CREATED AND APPROVED BY THE COMMISSIONER OF HEALTH.
