 AN ACT to amend the general municipal law  and  the  public  authorities
   law, in relation to county-wide shared services panels
 
   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. Subdivision 12 of section 239-bb of the  general  municipal
 law,  as added by chapter 577 of the laws of 2021, is amended to read as
 follows:
   12. A. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, the
 [entity] ENTITIES created pursuant to [title] TITLES five-A  AND  FIVE-B
 of  article five of the public authorities law shall be eligible for one
 million dollars EACH in each state  fiscal  year  beginning  with  state
 fiscal  year two thousand twenty-one--two thousand twenty-two; provided,
 however, that such monies shall be derived from the appropriation  dedi-
 cated  to  the  matching  funds program pursuant to subdivision eight of
 this section and provided further, that such  funding  for  such  entity
 shall  not  be  subject to the requirements of subdivision eight of this
 section related to savings.
   B. NOTWITHSTANDING PARAGRAPH  A  OF  THIS  SUBDIVISION  OR  ANY  OTHER
 PROVISION  OF  LAW  TO  THE  CONTRARY,  THE SOUTH NASSAU WATER AUTHORITY
 CREATED PURSUANT TO TITLE FIVE-B AND THE  NORTH  SHORE  WATER  AUTHORITY
 CREATED  PURSUANT TO TITLE FIVE-A OF ARTICLE FIVE OF THE PUBLIC AUTHORI-
 TIES LAW SHALL REMAIN ELIGIBLE FOR FUNDING  IN  STATE  FISCAL  YEAR  TWO
 THOUSAND TWENTY-THREE--TWO THOUSAND TWENTY-FOUR.
   § 2. Title 5-A of article 5 of the public authorities law, as added by
 chapter  575  of  the laws of 2021, is renumbered title 5-B and sections
 1114-a through 1114-s, as added by chapter 575 of the laws of 2021,  are
 renumbered sections 1114-aa through 1114-ss.
   § 3. This act shall take effect immediately.

 TWENTY-THREE--TWO THOUSAND TWENTY-FOUR.
   § 2. Title 5-A of article 5 of the public authorities law, as added by
 chapter  575  of  the laws of 2021, is renumbered title 5-B and sections
 1114-a through 1114-s, as added by chapter 575 of the laws of 2021,  are
 renumbered sections 1114-aa through 1114-ss.

 AN ACT to amend the general municipal law  and  the  public  authorities
   law, in relation to county-wide shared services panels
 
   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. Section 239-bb of the general municipal law is  amended  by
 adding a new subdivision 13 to read as follows:
   13.  NOTWITHSTANDING  ANY  OTHER PROVISION OF LAW TO THE CONTRARY, THE
 SOUTH NASSAU WATER AUTHORITY CREATED PURSUANT TO TITLE  FIVE-B  AND  THE
 NORTH  SHORE WATER AUTHORITY CREATED PURSUANT TO TITLE FIVE-A OF ARTICLE
 FIVE OF THE PUBLIC AUTHORITIES LAW SHALL  REMAIN  ELIGIBLE  FOR  FUNDING
 FROM  THE  CLEAN WATER, CLEAN AIR, AND GREEN JOBS ENVIRONMENTAL BOND ACT
 FUND PURSUANT TO SECTION NINETY-SEVEN-TTTT OF THE STATE FINANCE  LAW  IN
 STATE FISCAL YEAR TWO THOUSAND TWENTY-FOUR--TWO THOUSAND TWENTY-FIVE.
   § 2. Title 5-A of article 5 of the public authorities law, as added by
 chapter  575  of  the laws of 2021, is renumbered title 5-B and sections
 1114-a through 1114-s, as added by chapter 575 of the laws of 2021,  are
 renumbered sections 1114-aa through 1114-ss.
   §  3.  Subdivisions 1 and 12 of section 1114-bb of the public authori-
 ties law, as added by chapter 575 of the laws of 2021 and  such  section
 as  renumbered  by  section  two  of  this  act,  are amended to read as
 follows:
   1. "Authority" shall mean the corporation created  by  section  eleven
 hundred [fourteen-d] FOURTEEN-DD of this title.
