 Introduced  by Sen. HARCKHAM -- read twice and ordered printed, and when
   printed to be committed to the Committee on Racing, Gaming and  Wager-
   ing
 
 AN  ACT  to  amend the racing, pari-mutuel wagering and breeding law, in
   relation to directing the New York state gaming commission to  promul-
   gate  rules  and regulations regarding predatory sportsbook bonuses in
   mobile sports betting
 
   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section  1. Section 104 of the racing, pari-mutuel wagering and breed-
 ing law is amended by adding a new subdivision 25 to read as follows:
   25. TO PROMULGATE RULES AND REGULATIONS REGARDING PREDATORY SPORTSBOOK
 BONUSES IN MOBILE SPORTS BETTING, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO,  DEPOSIT
 MATCHING,  RISK  FREE  BETTING,  FREE MONEY, FREE BETS, SITE CREDITS AND
 PROFIT BOOSTS.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
