 AN ACT in relation to authorizing and directing the New York state power
   authority  to rename the Robert Moses Niagara Power Plant to the Shir-
   ley Hamilton Niagara Power Plant

   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. Notwithstanding any provision of law, rule or regulation to
 the  contrary,  the  New  York  state  power authority is authorized and
 directed to rename the Robert Moses Niagara Power Plant located  in  the
 town  of  Lewiston,  county  of Niagara, to the Shirley Hamilton Niagara
 Power Plant.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
