 Introduced  by  Sen.  COONEY -- read twice and ordered printed, and when
   printed to be committed to the Committee on Investigations and Govern-
   ment Operations
 
 AN ACT to amend the cannabis law, in relation to  the  location  of  the
   principal  office of the cannabis control board and office of cannabis
   management

   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section  1.  Subdivision 6 of section 7 of the cannabis law is amended
 to read as follows:
   6. The cannabis control board and office of cannabis management  shall
 have  its  principal office in the [city] COUNTY of Albany, and maintain
 branch offices in the cities of New York  and  Buffalo  and  such  other
 places as it may deem necessary.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately
