 AN  ACT  to  amend  the  social  services  law, in relation to including
   seizure detecting monitors for certain infants under standard coverage
   for Medicaid recipients
 
   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

   Section  1.  Subdivision 2 of section 365-a of the social services law
 is amended by adding a new paragraph (oo) to read as follows:
   (OO) SEIZURE DETECTING MONITORS FOR INFANTS WHO HAVE  EPILEPSY,  OTHER
 SEIZURE  DISORDERS,  OR  A FAMILY HISTORY OF SEIZURES. COVERAGE FOR SUCH
 MONITORS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS FOR EACH  MONITOR
 COVERED.
   §  2.  This  act  shall take effect immediately and shall apply to all
 policies and contracts issued, renewed, modified, altered or amended  on

 AN ACT to amend the  social  services  law,  in  relation  to  including
   seizure detecting monitors for certain infants under standard coverage
   for Medicaid recipients

   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. Subdivision 2 of section 365-a of the social  services  law
 is amended by adding a new paragraph (oo) to read as follows:
