 AN ACT to repeal subdivision 12 of section 201 of the vehicle and  traf-
   fic law, relating to disclosure of certain records and information and
   the  imposition  of  a  class  E  felony  for failure to maintain such
   records and information

   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section  1.  Subdivision  12 of section 201 of the vehicle and traffic
 law is REPEALED.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
