 AN ACT in relation to certain planning grants from the clean water state
   revolving fund
 
   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section  1.  Notwithstanding  any other provision of law, any planning
 grants from the clean water  state  revolving  fund  issued  to  munici-
 palities  in  the  Mid-Hudson, Long Island or New York City to help such
 municipalities develop engineering reports to apply for  financing  from
 the  environmental  facilities corporation shall be increased from up to
 $110,000 to $130,000.
