 AN ACT providing for rules and regulations for state  aid  reimbursement
   for the purchase of opioid antagonists by municipalities
 
   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

   Section 1. The commissioner of health shall establish rules and  regu-
 lations  providing  for state aid reimbursement under article six of the
 public health law for the purchase  of  opioid  antagonists  by  munici-
 palities.
