 AN ACT to amend the cannabis law, in relation  to  the  hours  adult-use
   cannabis shall be sold for on-site consumption
 
   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. Section 77 of the cannabis law is amended by adding  a  new
 subdivision 15 to read as follows:
   15.  ADULT-USE  CANNABIS PRODUCTS SHALL ONLY BE SOLD, OFFERED FOR SALE
 OR GIVEN AWAY UPON A PREMISES LICENSED TO SELL  ADULT-USE  CANNABIS  FOR
 ON-SITE  CONSUMPTION UNDER THIS CHAPTER BETWEEN THE HOURS OF ELEVEN ANTE
 MERIDIEM AND ELEVEN POST MERIDIEM.
   § 2. This act shall take effect on the ninetieth day  after  it  shall
