2025-A5476 (ACTIVE) - Summary

Prohibits the intentional injection, release or dispersion, by any means, of chemicals, chemical compounds, substances or apparatus within the borders of this state into the atmosphere with the express purpose of affecting temperature, weather or the intensity of sunlight.

 AN  ACT  to  amend  the  environmental  conservation law, in relation to
   prohibiting the release of certain chemical compounds into the  atmos-
   phere
 
   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. The environmental conservation law is amended by  adding  a
 new section 19-330 to read as follows:
 § 19-330. RELEASE OF CERTAIN CHEMICAL COMPOUNDS PROHIBITED.
   THE  INTENTIONAL  INJECTION,  RELEASE  OR DISPERSION, BY ANY MEANS, OF
 CHEMICALS,  CHEMICAL  COMPOUNDS,  SUBSTANCES  OR  APPARATUS  WITHIN  THE
 BORDERS  OF  THIS  STATE INTO THE ATMOSPHERE WITH THE EXPRESS PURPOSE OF
 AFFECTING TEMPERATURE, WEATHER OR THE INTENSITY OF SUNLIGHT IS PROHIBIT-
 ED.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.

Stop spraying these chemicals and allow the weather to happen like it always did when we kids...enough with the fake clouds and climate change BS...if any plane is spraying anything it should be shot down immediately by our military...don't experiment in our sky

Do a composition test with the jet fuel at airport storage tanks and in the wing bladders. Get pilots military and commericial to testify. Every single pilot of a full frame jet turbine powered aircraft knows whats going on.

No permission is given to spray ANY chemicals in the skies! none. zip. zero. Stop ALL spraying, ALL stratospheric aerosol spraying. All solar radiation management. All carbon sequestration. All biomass nonsense…and other names that are drummed up. STOP. SPRAYING. THE. SKIES. STOP!

We don’t want geoengineering, solar radiation management or the use of high frequency towers to manipulate the cloud patterns. This is poisonous to all life forms from humans, wildlife and our entire ecosystem such as food we all eat. This must be stopped!!

I was excided about this but then it was explained to me that the bills do not include the federal government in the wording so it will do nothing. Congress put these programs in place and Title 50 exceptions and the prep act allow them to do anything they want, so unless the state specifically bans the federal government in the wording of the bill, nothing will change. This applies to every state...

We want this treasinous and bio warfare stopped it is unconstitutional. We also want the tresinous congress members jailed who dont allow this bill to pass since our govt is spraying its people with aluminum nano particles strontium barium and titanium along woth other harmful chemicals to not only people the soils the water the fish the birds the animals pets and so on . We dont condone them nor allow them . We consider hmthe spraying of aerosols treason against its usa people and ny Sprayed by our own govt air force and defense against the people Blocking sun that heals people brings nutrients to trees soils people We want it stopped now
