 AN ACT to postpone the implementation and enforcement of advanced  clean
   trucks regulations
 
   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

   Section 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of any law, rule,  or  regu-
 lation  to  the  contrary,  the Department of Environmental Conservation
 shall not implement or enforce Advanced Clean Trucks  regulations  which
 would require manufacturers of medium-duty and heavy-duty trucks to sell
 an  increasing percentage of zero-emission vehicles earlier than January
 1, 2027.
   ยง 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
