 AN ACT to amend the vehicle and traffic law, in  relation  to  licensure
   fees for seniors
 
   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

   Section 1. Paragraph (c) of subdivision 2 of section 503 of the  vehi-
 cle  and traffic law is amended by adding a new subparagraph (v) to read
 as follows:
   (V) THE RENEWAL FEE FOR A LICENSE FOR  ANY  PERSON  WHO  IS  SIXTY-TWO
 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER SHALL BE WAIVED.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
