 AN ACT to amend chapter 548 of the laws of 2010, amending the  New  York
   city  charter  relating to authorizing the city of New York to sell to
   abutting property owners real property owned by such city,  consisting
   of  tax  lots  that cannot be independently developed due to the size,
   shape, configuration and topography of such lots and the zoning  regu-
   lations applicable thereto, in relation to the effectiveness thereof
 
   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. Section 2 of chapter 548 of the laws of 2010, amending  the
 New  York  city  charter relating to authorizing the city of New York to
 sell to abutting property owners  real  property  owned  by  such  city,
 consisting of tax lots that cannot be independently developed due to the
 size,  shape,  configuration  and topography of such lots and the zoning
 regulations applicable thereto, as amended by section 1 of item  EEE  of
 subpart  B  of part XXX of chapter 58 of the laws of 2020, is amended to
 read as follows:
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately and shall expire  December
 31, [2025] 2030, when upon such date the provisions of this act shall be
 deemed repealed.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
