 AN  ACT to postpone the implementation and enforcement of advanced clean
   cars II regulations
 
   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

   Section  1.  Notwithstanding the provisions of any law, rule, or regu-
 lation to the contrary, the  Department  of  Environmental  Conservation
 shall  not implement or enforce Advanced Clean Cars II regulations which
 would require manufacturers of passenger cars and light duty  trucks  to
 sell  an  increasing  percentage  of zero-emission vehicles earlier than
 January 1, 2028.
