 AN ACT to amend chapter 189 of the laws of 2013,  amending  the  vehicle
   and  traffic  law and the public officers law relating to establishing
   in a city with a population of one million  or  more  a  demonstration
   program  implementing  speed  violation  monitoring  systems in school
   speed zones by means of photo devices, in relation to making technical
   corrections and extending such  provisions  related  thereto;  and  to
   repeal  certain  provisions  of  the  vehicle and traffic law relating
   thereto
 
   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section  1.   Subdivision 13 of section 237 of the vehicle and traffic
 law, as added by section 3 of chapter  189  of  the  laws  of  2013,  is
 REPEALED.
   §  2. Subdivision 12 of section 237 of the vehicle and traffic law, as
 added by section 3-a of chapter 189 of the laws of 2013, is REPEALED.
   § 3. Chapter 189 of the laws of 2013, amending the vehicle and traffic
 law and the public officers  law   relating to establishing  in  a  city
 with  a population of one million or more a demonstration program imple-
 menting speed violation monitoring systems  in  school  speed  zones  by
 means  of  photo devices, is amended by adding a new section 3-b to read
 as follows:
   § 3-B. SECTION 237 OF THE VEHICLE AND TRAFFIC LAW IS AMENDED BY ADDING
 A NEW SUBDIVISION 13 TO READ AS FOLLOWS:
   13. TO ADJUDICATE THE LIABILITY OF OWNERS FOR VIOLATIONS  OF  SUBDIVI-
 SION  (B), (C), (D), (F) OR (G) OF SECTION ELEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY OF THIS
 CHAPTER IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION ELEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY-B OF THIS CHAP-
 TER.
   § 4. Subdivision 4 of section 239 of the vehicle and traffic  law,  as
 added by section 5-a of chapter 189 of the laws of 2013, is REPEALED.
